The development comprises of five towers ranging from 18 to 35 storeys, featuring mixed-use residential condominium components set atop a multi-level podium with an underground parking garage. The towers are distributed amongst 4 individual blocks, which contain ground level commercial tenants and building amenities to activate the HWY-50 and Industrial Rd. corridors, complementing the transit oriented urban plan for the Town of Bolton. Podium rooftop terraces serving the towers offer panoramic views across the town, and feature pool, lounge and athletics amenities for residents. The proposed design offers 2,229 units to serve the growing population of the Town of Caledon, supplying the high demand for community based urban housing. The development incorporates a primary access from the main road, with a central park space anchoring the site’s pedestrian and vehicular circulation.
