Residential Condominium with Integrated Multi-Level Parking Structure
The Innisfil tower features 330 residential units across 17 storeys, offering urban living along Barrie’s unique waterway. The design incorporates multiple tiers of terraces to emphasize the view corridor toward the water. Due to challenging soil conditions, a four-level integrated parking structure occupies the building’s core, while residential units line the perimeter. The lower levels introduce townhouse-style living to create a more human scale within the development. Building materials and massing are thoughtfully applied to stratify the structure and minimize its impact on the surrounding neighbourhood.
