Queen Condo Brampton is a sophisticated 12-storey residential development featuring 265 units, designed as part of a broader urban vision to revitalize and densify the Queen Street West corridor in Brampton. The tower’s elegant form is defined by vertical architectural accents and stepped massing, creating a dynamic silhouette that responds thoughtfully to its urban context. Along Queen Street West, a pedestrian-oriented façade with grade-level walk-out residences enhances street vitality, while an internal landscaped courtyard provides a tranquil green amenity space surrounded by residential units that animate the building’s interior elevations. Terraced podiums were carefully sculpted through angular plane and shadow studies to ensure a respectful transition to the surrounding low-rise neighbourhood.
