NATÜR Condominiums is a contemporary two-tower, 9-storey residential development that serves as the mid-rise gateway to a larger master-planned community of townhomes. The project emphasizes modular innovation and sustainable urban design, integrating architecture, landscape, and community space into a cohesive whole. Designed in collaboration with Stubbe’s Precast Systems, the buildings utilize a modular precast façade system that enables efficient construction and reduced environmental impact while maintaining a refined architectural character. Natural materials and warm, tactile finishes complement the project’s modern form, reinforcing its connection to the surrounding landscape. With its balanced composition, rhythmic façade, and integrated open spaces, NATÜR establishes a strong architectural presence: a landmark entry to a growing community focused on livability, sustainability and integration with the ecological landscape of the region.
